The new law places a heavy responsibility on men to be certain that a woman is sober enough to know what she is doing.

Well ofcourse it isn’t all THAT strange they start about this. Everyday there are shitloads of women having sex without them really wanting it because they drunk to much. And drinking to much seems to be a common problem in the UK.

BUT.. in my opinion, if a grown up woman is stupid enought to get this f#cking drunk that she can’t resist or even remember having sex with a guy.. then that’s her own responsibility. Not the guy who has fucked her. He just toke advantage of the situation the woman created herself. For getting raped, not knowing wtf happened to her, she must be really really reeeeally wasted. And that’s something she can choose for herself.

I’m wondering how they would like to check if a girl is to drunk to get fucked. Letting her sign a paper is obviously not a waterproof solution.. after all if she’s this drunk she can get fucked without knowing it then it can’t be all that hard to get her signing a paper.
Perhaps they can make every chick go by a checkpoint first when they leave the bar. There they get to do a series of tests to see if they can be rated ‘drunk’. If so they then get some sort of tatoo mark which lasts for 24 hours. A new law can be added prohibitting guys fucking girls with this particular tatoo. Just thinking out of the box here
