STILETTOS can be good for a woman’s sex life, says a study which claims wearing them “directly works the pleasure muscles linked to orgasm”.Experts found the high heels toned women’s legs and strengthened pelvic muscles.
In tests, Dr Maria Cerruto, of the University of Verona, Italy, discovered that wearing a pair
of вЂвЂmoderately high heeled shoes’’ had beneficial effects for a woman’s sex life.вЂвЂHeels work the pelvic muscles and reduce the need to exercise them.
вЂвЂWearing heels during daily activity may reduce the need for the pelvic floor exercises necessary to keep that part of a woman’s anatomy toned and elastic,’’ Cerruto said.
She asked 66 women under 50 about their sex lives, exercise regime and shoes.
In tests, their pelvic muscles were more relaxed in higher heels, increasing their strength
and ability to contract.вЂвЂWomen often have difficulty in carrying out the right exercises for the pelvic zone and

I don’t know about the sex drive, but making us feel sexier…. yes. Even when the heels are off, I have a high sex drive.

Hmm yeah they are gorgeous to look at, even more lovely on feet but terrible to walk in!
They only make me feel sexy if I can wear them lying on the bed. After walking/standing for 30 minutes I feel pain in the balls of my feet, i get aggravated and become self conscoius of my shoes and feet.
This stops me from being my usual flirt, makes me grouchy and I feel like a spastic in them!
I think men only like us to wear them because it limits us and we can’t run away from you.

I’ve read a lot of related articles and the heated commentary that accompanies them. It would seem that doing Kegel exercises for 2 minutes provides just as much pelvic muscle benefit as walking in heels a lot. So, why not get the benefit of both. Do the Kegels barefoot and then get dressed up in high heels and go out with your mate! Besides, the heels can take 5-10 lbs off your appearance making you look even more attractive!
