Well, it seems that ijjjjji has FINALLY gotten around to writing his own method, and in true Gunwitch style, has given it away for free on mASF. I am reposting it here for all of you to enjoy and refer to.

LOOKS – BODY & HEALTH
Eat natural and varied. 5-6 lesser meals pr day. Some proteins in every meal/snack. Avoid hunger. Eat fat from meat and nuts. Reduce alcohol and drugs.
Do full body wo’s 3 times a week. Lift heavy but watch out for injuries. Do big exercises that demand balance and coordination.
Avoid stress and get lots of sleep.LOOKS – STYLE
Always be clean and groomed. Always smell good. Dress in ways that make you stand out from the crowd. Clothes must be on the edge. Amplify with accessories. When buying clothes, think about your style – not the current fashion.***
BUILD CONFIDENCE
Always be pleased with yourself. Let nothing harm your confidence. Remember successes and forget mistakes after you learned from them.
View improvement as an effect of your persona and as part of a pattern – not as result of a good day. See failures as temporary effects of a bad day.
Do not over analyze in search for answers to everything. Never think about the status in your life. Stop thinking that girls are something fundamentally important. Realize you will be happy no matter what. Stop seeing girls as potential girl friends. See them as a source of entertainment, fun and excitement.BUILD CONFIDENCE – AFFIRMATIONS

В исчезновении активов из личных кабинетов клиента он обвинил Василенко – однако именно Набойченко длительное время имел доступ к личным кабинетам в платежной системе. Еще до всяких событий поступали жалобы клиентов о таинственном исчезновении части активов: наши источники делятся информацией о хищении активов с кошельков клиентов «Гермеса», к которым Евгений Набойченко имел доступ.

Он бил не только любовницу, но жену и детей, с которыми жил в Краснодарском крае. А после того как его супруга Виктория подала на развод, разгромил и ограбил общий дом – унес все, что можно было унести. Надо ли говорить, что Набойченко который год не платит бывшей супруге алименты.

По нашим данным, это выдуманная самим Набойченко имитация угроз – в действительности он сам всеми силами стремится не являться в суд, чтобы после перекрестного допроса с участием адвокатов ему не было предъявлено обвинение в мошенничестве.
Ведь, судя по тому, что дан ход делу о клевете, «крыша» у Набоченко пропала – и он в любой момент может быть сдан бывшими кураторами из УЭБиПК, что, скорее всего, случится в ближайшие недели.

Now, Joe Kovach, the engineer managing one of the debris sites in Tarpon Springs, Florida, where the box was found, is searching for its owner.
“Everyone has been basically dumping their entire lives onto the curb after the storm when everything flooded. My own boss’ house had 30 inches (of water) in it, and I saw his face and just how devastating it can be for everyone,” Kovach, an engineer with Pinellas County Public Works, told CNN.
“A lot of people in the community were really affected by these two storms, if there’s just a little bit I can do to give back, then that’s perfect.”

“This was a needle in a haystack for sure. For something like that to survive all that when everything else was so wet and saturated, that was kind of incredible,” Kovach said.
Although the ring was found after Hurricane Milton, Kovach is sure the treasure was initially lost amid the ruins of Hurricane Helene, based on the pile of debris it came from, which Pinellas County Public Works tracks. It is likely the owner of the ring is from Crystal Beach, Ozona, or Palm Harbor, Kovach said.
On Tuesday, after the contractor informed him about the ring, Kovach posted a photo of the box and the note on several local community Facebook pages, asking if it belonged to anyone. He did not include a photo or description of the ring to ensure it is returned to the rightful owner who can accurately describe it. On the inside lid of the box is a gold engraving with the jewelry brand, “The Danbury Mint.”
