On the subway, none of the cute girls with good skin and high heels would make eye contact with me, either uptown on the E or downtown on the 9. The only woman who would was a fifty something very beautiful woman who, to my dismay, intimidated me. I lost eye contact with her. She just stared. And stared. And was around 50.
Failure is not a bad thing. Not trying is where the trouble starts.

I haven’t been in this community long enough to know what a false opinion opener is, but I’d be thrilled to learn.

A false opinion opener is an opening line designed to break the ice and pull the girl into a conversation. Like asking her opinion on something, then using her answer to spin off into a cold read or routine.
It’s called a “false” opinion opener because her opinion doesn’t really matter (ie: You don’t really need it). It’s just an excuse to lead into material and pull her into your reality.
