Because the top guys aren’t really good at it. They just like to go to clubs where they can convince each other how good they are.
This whole private club thing is to help certain KJs create this illusion for themselves that they are somehow better than the rest of the KJs by belonging to the only VIP club they will ever get into.
I can totally see a need for a private mASF. Many guys just want to post in a place not flooded with newbie posts. Also, a secure free forum to post pictures and more personal field reports is always in demand. There are probably more private forums out here than people realize. What’s the big deal though? Everyone can create a private forum for their friends/wings. Focus on improving your game and socializing and you’ll find your places to post.
Does it really matter? The community is essentially dead. All the top guys went commercial, and all that’s left are a bunch of followers who aren’t really innovating. Which is ok, because pretty much everything there is to learn has been learned. The only thing left to do is to better organize the postings of others to make it easier for noobies to learn. The forum is just a BS distraction. Yeah, it sucks you got kicked out and it sucks you aren’t in the FS one if it really exists, but it wouldn’t improve your game any if you were.

At one point, I might have thought this. But as a more visible member in the Dallas Lair, I get lots of e-mails, calls, etc to head out with the newbies, sometimes flame/hate mail, and all that. You can’t make time to hang out with everyone, I have my own social circles of both natural, mainstream friends as well as select PUAs that I wing with.
Everybody wants a piece of your time, wants free help without giving anything in return, and some just aren’t that cool to hang out with. Of course, if you can sift through the wheat and find good wings who are also good friends who bring something to the table instead of simply latching onto you and leeching, that’s great.
But most people just start wanting a piece of you and I’d rather be hanging with my girls or buddies.

Man I think it all depends on what your goals are. If getting good at this means going out and getting laid consistantly then thats where you focus your goals. If getting good at this means belonging to a select community of guys on a Private Message board, then thats fine too.
Different people have different goals for this. There are the guys who are purely concerned with going out and scoring with hot women. They don’t care about “the community” per-se. All they want to learn is how to improve their own personality and learn and become whatever it may be that works to pull women consistantly. They aren’t concerned with popularity amongst computer peers. I will even agree with the guy above that says some of these guys Have never even posted, read “The Game” (I sure haven’t)and have never been to some of the most popular online communities regarding this stuff. Thast ok. It works for them.
Other guys want to really be a part of this community. Some guys have never played sports, been in organised activities, didn’t have many friends in the past, whatever. If they feel the need or desire to belong to a group where they can be at the top of something for once, then great! Who cares. They have found acceptance in a private group and finally feel as they are a part of something. Along the way they have met some other guys with similar interests and most likely sparked off some kind of relationship where they feel like they share similar interests and goals. They may go out and have some success with women but the KEY for them isn’t getting good, it’s fitting in. So what, let them fit in. If it’s something that they feel will help them start to improve their confidence or “inner game” if you will then Im all for it.
If they want other guys to assume they are elites then GREAT. You will be no better or worse off whether these guys are elite or not. They have no magic pill hidden in their websites that will get them laid any easier than it is for you to go out and do it yourself.
The information is out there already. These guys learned from the same guys you’re learning from. My game doesn’t improve sitting at home reading about improvement, it improves by applying it all in the field.
